Joint programme to support surveillance forces in Hoang Sa and Truong Sa

The Sao Nam Trading Manufacturing and Service JSC late last week signed a co-operation agreement with Nguoi Lao Dong (the Labourer) newspaper to carry out a programme to support fishermen, marine police and surveillance forces.
